Due to regulatory limitations, FIN8ITY is unable to accept any United States or Japan resident as a client. However, FIN8ITY is not subject to any regulation.

Minimum Deposit

The Mini account requires a deposit of $500, which is a higher minimum than most other brokerages. Most legit broker only ask traders to deposit around $100 or even less to start real trading.

Leverage

The maximum trading leverage offered by E FIN8ITY is up to 1:500. Leverage can amplify returns as well as losses, investing in such an unregulated broker offering generous is not a good option.
