They did not allow me to withdraw through the bank, claiming that they were fixing transfer fees. They asked for additional investment to open up withdrawal options through Wallet. I made two withdrawal requests through Wallet and they were denied, one due to alleged misinformation received and the other due to high losses in the account (including the changed trade). They blocked my account for not making monthly deposits (they informed about a policy change). They demanded a 5% contribution of the current account value to reactivate it. They constantly change policies, demanding more capital contributions.
