如题，拓利TRI和NCE合并,所有资金都添加到NCE了，交易记录也有， 现在NCE 禁止交易 ，不让出金，无任何违规交易，两个平台号称都是提交到外汇市场，包赚不赔的生意，为什么对赚钱的客户是这种态度，黑平台无疑了
