Is FxNet Legit?
FxNet is not regulated, even though it claims to be authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), under license number 182/12. Similar suspected cloning situations also occur under the supervision of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
