Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team to expose more Australia licensed brokers whose regulation addresses are fake. In response to investors’ appeal, the inspection staff paid a site visit to know more about the Australia licensed broker SynergyFX.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker SynergyFX is located at Level 18 Tower' B, 799 Pacific Highway, CHATSWOOD NSW 2067. The inspection staff went to the place.

The inspection staff found the modern building according to the regulation information without much trouble. The logo of ACY Group is well-marked on the top of the main entrance.

From the floor guide in the lobby of the ground floor, the inspection staff found that Level 18 is the place where ACY Group’s office is located rather than SynergyFX’s. To confirm whether SynergyFX has an office at Level 18, the inspection staff went to Level 18 by elevator, and found that the whole floor belongs to ACY Group. After consulting the staff of ACY Group, our inspection staff got to know that SynergyFX is a subsidiary brand of ACY Group, and it shares the license with the Group. Besides, some employees of SynergyFX work here.

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the inspection staff’s field survey that the real address of the licensed broker SynergyFX’s office in Australia is not consistent with the regulation address. The broker claims to have a full license (RN: 403863) issued by ASIC.
