Scam brokers and scams have become prevalent in the forex market. They tempt customers with fake promises and attractive offers, but ultimately they defraud innocent individuals and flee. Financial regulators have been vigilant, watching out for fraudsters. On their official website, they constantly post warnings alerting the public to avoid falling victim to these unlicensed brokers.

Recently, UKs established financial regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, issued a warning against two unauthorized brokers named PlanandInvest and MegaCapitals.

Name: megacapitals.org

Acc. to FCA these firms are not authorised by it but has been contacting people pretending to be an authorised firm. The FCA has also reminded investors to be vigilant when dealing with forex brokers and to conduct proper due diligence before investing any money. Investors should check the FCA's register of authorized firms to ensure that the broker they are dealing with is legitimate or not. As a Trader you must be alert.
