Abstract:The British regulator FCA issued a warning against BITYIELD INVESTMENT on November 3rd!!!
To make things straight from the very beginning, on our next screenshot you may check the recent warningissued on November 3rd against BITYIELD INVESTMENT (https://bityieldinvestment.com/) by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK. The FCA, one of the best financial regulatory bodies in the world, has found reasons to distrust this broker and has issued a warning on it – something that can definitely damage the reputation of even the best of brokers. Take a look (source: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/bityield-investment)
According to the FCA, BITYIELD INVESTMENT is not authorized to offer financial services in the UK. In fact, the FCA has stated that this is not a licensed broker and therefore you would not be entitled to any protections. Such warnings prove with almost absolute certainty that a company is running some sort of scam – so refrain from choosing shady enterprises that have received the negative attention of reputable financial authorities like the FCA. The only way to be sure that your investment is in good hands and that you would be treated fairly and in accordance with all laws would be to turn to a licensed, legitimate broker.
Furthermore, the broker also claims to be based in the United States, as you can see from the FCA warning shown above. Bear in mind that if “the broker” was truly based in the U.S. it should have also been licensed and authorized as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and a Foreign Exchange Dealer (FED) by the local Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in addition to being accepted as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA). And BITYIELD INVESTMENT is clearly not regulated there either – WikiFX made the effort and checked the NFAregister but in vain, no company or broker by the name of BITYIELD INVESTMENT was listed there.
WikiFX also made an attempt to visit the broker‘s official website to find out more information, but in vain - the website is not accessible any longer. BITYIELD INVESTMENT might have gone bankrupt and have run away with investors’ money!
In a nutshell, it's not wise to invest in BITYIELD INVESTMENT. It is yet another broker blacklisted by the British authority FCA. The warning issued by the regulator says it all – the firm is not authorized, and customers who deposit with BITYIELD INVESTMENT will have no access to money protection!
